Sheepdog Puzzle

How to Start  The aim is to use the sheepdog , Jess, to collect all the sheep from the field into the brown sheep pen in the smallest number of moves. Click or tap on Jess to move her along and click or tap on the sheep to move them along. The 'Start Again' button returns the puzzle to the beginning.

Hint  Jess can move through the pen using the four gates if need be. If you want her to cover a distance just click or tap on the place for her to go to and watch her scurry!  Remember though, moves still count even if with a scurry.

You need patience for this puzzle. A score of under 500 moves is good, under 450 excellent, under 400 may be impossible!
