In the name of God Amen. I, Richard Wood, of the parish of Bosbury in the County of Hereford, widower, being of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be therefore given to Almighty God, do make and ordain my present last will & testament in manner & form following, that is to say first and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the merits, death and passion of Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named. And as Touching the disposition of all such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose thereof as followeth.Imprimis first I will that all my debts and funeral charges shall be paid and discharged. Item I give to my beloved son Richard Wood Twenty pounds the one half to be paid within six months after my decease and the other half to be paid within twelve months after my decease. Item all my household goods I give to my son Richard Wood and to my daughter Mary Wood equally to be divided between them. Item all my house, garden, outhouses, orchards, pasture ground, arable land that I mow possess and all my money in purse or owing to me by bill or bond or bills or bonds or any other debts whatsoever and all my cattle and chattels, I give to my daughter Mary Wood, Sole Executrix of this my present Last Will and Testament and I do hereby disannul and make void all former wills heretofore made by me.
